JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client located in Toronto is looking to add an Administrative Assistant to their growing team! This position is full-time and 100% onsite.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Answering incoming calls.
  • Greeting and assisting visitors.
  • Sorting and filing of documentation.
  • Managing and administrating mail (incoming and outgoing).
  • Coordinating the office schedule.
  • Responsible for office equipment and leases.
  • Ordering office supplies.
  • Distributing, reviewing, and approving invoices.
  • Providing administrative support to management.
  • Other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in office administration.
  • Professional and strong communication skills.
  • Proficient knowledge in MS Office.
  • Ability to learn and utilize new software in a timely manner.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Team player
